Diagnostic Anatomic Pathologist.  Asst/Assoc/Full Professor of Clinical Diagnostic Pathology in the California Animal Health & Food Safety Laboratory System (CAHFS) and Department of Pathology Microbiology & Immunology, School of Veterinary Medicine, University of California, Davis. The successful candidate will be in residence at the newly constructed CAHFS Turlock laboratory in Turlock, California. This position is on site and not currently eligible for remote work. You will be joining a local team of two avian diagnosticians and an anatomic pathologist, and will be part of a four-lab system with 19 anatomic pathologists, toxicologist, epidemiologist, bacteriologists, virologist, and an electron microscopy specialist. CAHFS-Turlock is a new 40,000 sq. ft. facility schedule to open in early 2026 with local testing capabilities such as molecular diagnostics, bacteriology including MALDI-TOF, and immunology. The salary range for this position is $172,200 - $323,400. “Off-scale salaries” and other components of pay, i.e., a salary that is higher than the published system-wide salary at the designated rank and step, are offered when necessary to meet competitive conditions, qualifications, and experience
