The Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine (AU CVM) seeks a service-focused, business-oriented, and collaborative academic leader for the position of Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs. The selected candidate will be expected to serve as chief medical officer of the veterinary teaching hospital and to serve as an advisor to the Dean on all matters related to clinical operation of the Veterinary Teaching Hospital. The Associate Dean for Clinical Affairs will oversee the operation of the Veterinary Teaching Hospital, maintaining a premier clinical environment for the education of veterinary students, interns, and residents, and oversee financial, biosecurity, human and physical resources of the hospital and promote exceptional service in the care of patients, clients and referring veterinarians. The position will be supported by a hospital administrator.
