The Department of Clinical Sciences within the College of Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University invites applications for a Tenure or Clinical Track position in the Section of Theriogenology. Candidates must have a DVM or equivalent degree, and board certification by the American College of Theriogenologists (or European College of Animal Reproduction) or have successfully completed a residency in theriogenology and are eligible for board certification.  Salary and rank will be commensurate with academic credentials and experience. 

 

Clinical competence in comparative theriogenology is required and should include expertise in companion, equine and farm animal theriogenology. Effort will be distributed among clinical teaching and service in the Cornell University Hospital for Animals, research, and didactic and laboratory instruction of veterinary students and residents.  The candidate should exhibit outstanding interpersonal skills and a cooperative work ethic that will interface well with all sections of the hospital. Clinical duties require flexibility in that working hours may include daytime, evening, and weekend responsibilities.

Salary range TT:  $120K - $220K

Salary range CT:  $100K - $180K
